Reactive people think that they can’t change their lives and they are under the strong influence of circumstances like weather, what other people think and say, the economy and etc. They are resigned to their destiny; they don’t take responsibility for the situation they are in, and they blame the circumstances and others for everything they don’t like.
Proactive people take responsibility for their lives. Although they can’t control everything that happens in their lives, they know that it is up to them how they will respond to the situation. They are not easily influenced by other people’s words and actions. They are not influenced by “bad weather” like reactive people.
